Header Problem

How can I add a double header in the Politica template? Right now, I only see one chice for header row, but I want it to have two stacked headers—the top bar with contact info and social media icons, and the second bar with the main navigation menu. Where in the Politica theme settings or code do I enable or create this additional header row? I only see two choices insted of the usual 7.

We have different header system in different templates. The header you are looking for is not available in Politicas template. Its available in Helix Ultimate template.
