Please follow this documentation. I have also made a tutorial on How to setup Instagram Gallery Addon. Please follow the steps in the tutorial. Make sure that you have checked the additional steps in the description too. 

Also, check that if you have System - HTTP Header plugin enabled, then use this setting.

No I have not, we have also provided login creds for your company and still have no results.
