Website Starts With Wrong Position After Helix Update To 2.2.2

Hello, I have placed the login to our member area to position "footer2". After updating to Helix 2.2.2 each page of our website starts with showing this login area instead of showing the "header" and "body" area. Is there any hidden anchor? How can I solve the problem? Before the update it works fine.

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience. Can you explain the issue more?

Did you mean you set the login module's visibility for registered/ logged in users only? We need more information about how it was working before.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Hi, I mean the login form, visible for all users of the website. So the fault appears independent of the case if users are logged in or not. The login forms allows enter to the users only page. But this ist not the problem. Please start our website (see hidden content, and you will see, that calling the website it jumps immediatly to the login form at the end of the page. So it shows not as normal header and body. To see this, you have to scoll up.

I have the same problem. After replacing the files under “plugins -> system -> helixultimate -> overrides -> mod_login” with the old ones, the problem is temporarily solved. But I hope that there will soon be a solution that is included in the updates and does not always have to be done manually.

Hi, any permanent solution yet? Meanwhile I managed it like Steve did and changed the mod_login overrides to the older version. And it works fine. But this can not be the permanent solution. Will you implement a bug fix to the next Helix version?

Hello,

Do you have a full site backup? Can I take an akeeba backup of your site, please?

Thanks!

Hi, we have a full site akeeba backup. So you can take also an akeeba backup, or dowload it from our Joomla. The last of our saved backups still contents the new version of mod_login overrides. Actually the website works with the older version. Access to our Joomla you find in hidden content.
