Joomla: 5.4.2; Helix FW: 3.0.5; PHP: 8.2.30; Template: Shaper_Hope

Hello,

I am facing the issue that chnages I make to the template (e.g. changing text color in the presets or background color for the footer in the layout) are not saved. Do you have any clue about the root cause?

Thanks Juergen

Hello Juergen,

Thank you for your message. I’m glad the issue has been resolved.

Regarding the root cause: your site is using a Helix 3-based template, but Helix Ultimate was also installed. This was causing a conflict that led to the issue you experienced. I have disabled the Helix Ultimate plugin, which resolved the problem.

No action on your part caused the issue—it was purely a plugin conflict.

Best regards
