Can't Open Offcanvas Menu On Mobile

Hi,

I'm facing an issue on a site (see hidden content). On mobile, clicking on the offcanvas menu has no effect (it works when using an emulator but doesn't when browsing the site from a phone).

Any idea how I can fix this issue?

I have just checked it from my mobile phone and your offcanvas menu clicking is working fine there. Please check the screenshot in the hidden content box.

Which phone are you using? And can you share the resolution of it? Moreover, did you try to clear your mobile browser cache or try a fresh new browser to browse your site?

Hi Rashida,

I'm using a One+ phone, resolution is 2400 x 1080 pixels, screen 6,43.

Yes I cleaned my browser cache. And tried on different browsers:

  • Firefox: works fine
  • Chrome: can't open the offcanvas menu on the homepage (other pages are ok)

I have also checked with an android phone and with chrome browser and your offcanvas works fine at my end. So, unfortunately, I couldn't find the issue.
