SP Page Builder Pro Won't Install

Hi there. I am building a new website (pet-connection.co.uk - holding page only at present) and trying to install SP Page Builder Pro but the extension will not load. I keep getting the error message "unable to detect package file" when I try to load the extension manually having downloaded it from your website. I have the license key already and SP Page Builder Free already installed.

I have checked my php.ini file to ensure the tmp file pathway is correct, file upload enabled and file size sufficient (1024MB).

I am running Joomla 3.9.27 on an imac

Hi Mantasir.

Have downloaded again from the link above and tried to install the extension but still get the same message "unable to detect package file" when I try to install manually.
