Can't Select Field Source, Or Enable Dynamic Link In Dynamic Text SPPB 6.5 & 6.6

For this current version ( as of this date ) and the last version of pagebuilder pro, there's no response to selecting the field resource in dynamic text, nor for enabling dynamic link. Also previously, in a version when I could select a field source, I could select all options but not full text. Can't get that far yet in this version. Using current helix ultimate.
I also reinstalled SPPPB 6.6 then tried back installing SPPB 6.5, but nothing made a difference.
This looks like a bug to me and have spent 7 costly days on this already, going through documentation, forum posts and trying not to call on Support. Is there a fix for these already out there maybe ?

Accepted Answerhi - all the details are there, and in hidden section. You don't need a screenshot as you have to go to the page I suggested and test the selection of the new page options, specifically the ones I pointed out.

Go to pagebuilder admin.
Look for Health Index Page Test Holistic, open.
Try to select source. Nothing happens.
Enable dynamic link and try to select / open source options there. Nothing happens.
Login details should be working, tested before I posted. Will test again.
( after checking ) Login details work fine, as originally posted.

Accepted AnswerNow I could log in and checked the issue. Please take a Collection addon and select source. Then inside Collection addon, take Dynamic Text or Dynamic Media addon. Then you will be able to select source.

Accepted AnswerI was testing what you'd set up and it worked as it was supposed to at first, but about 10 mins later, as was happening for me previously, trying to add a new dynamic content page, or a new article page, a window opens up with the previously set up items but greyed out and no option to create a new item in those options, despite working ok only 10 mins beforehand.
Am I doing something wrong or missing something ?

Accepted AnswerI think you need to add the info in creating collection index page, that you need to already have created a collection, which is not mentioned, and had me puzzled for a while. No mention needing to do that first in the opening explanation of the creating collection index. Just a suggestion.
I'm not understanding the whole collections / filters / conditions thing yet.
