Blanck Page In Frontend UI Editor

I use the shaper_helixultimate template on my website, and for some time now (it wasn't like this before, and there wasn't a specific reason for it), the frontend UI editor has been returning a blank page only for the site's home page. All other pages are editable in the frontend as well. The blank page that appears contains no errors, and the menu and footer are visible. I've already tried all the commonly recommended solutions, but none of them have worked. Chat support has asked me to contact them here for technical support. Thanks!

To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.
Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.

Accepted AnswerHi, it's very strange that I haven't received any response yet, and I don't see any access with the credentials I created specifically for support. To be safe, I'll remove them if I don't see any updates within a reasonable timeframe, and I'll restore them as soon as someone can provide support. Thank you.
