Eric, I don't work for these guys, but it looks to me like your template is not processing the short codes properly. My understanding is that short codes are processed by a system plugin (I use ReReplacer and have for many years).

I've found often that when I reorder my plugins, that often fixes this issue.

Since I don't know all the backend of your site, I'd say just try to identify the associate plugin and make a note of it, and then note the position of the system/SP Pagebuilder plugin, and reorder them.
