JM Kretivz template does not save changes

Hi,

I have a problem, the JM Kretivz template does not save changes in the "Template: Edit style" panel.
The "save", "save as", "save as copy" and "close" buttons do not work. I ask you how I can solve the problem, thank you, Best Regards,

Hello there,

Would you mind explaining the situation a bit more? Does it happen only in front-end editor or in back-end editor as well?

However, please share your adminsitrator access with us in the Hidden Content area so that we can check the issue at our end.

It happens in the backend, when I go to edit the template.

Hello there,

I am sorry to say but you haven't created any single page with SP Page Builder, but it works completely fine in both front-end and back-end editor. I have created a test page and check at my end. Please see the screenshots here here.

Please go through the documentaiton on how SP Page Builder works. It will help you a lot to fix the issues.

However, if you still have anymore queries, feel free to give us a buzz.

Hi,

I have shared the access data in the Hidden Content area.

It happens in the back-end because in the front-end the Style template is not accessed for this version of the JM Kretivz template.

Hello there,

The video you shared with us is not from the SPPB front-end editor. That's Template Options which has nothing to do with SPPB.

Please see my previous screenshots and the documentation on how to use SPPB. Hopefully it will help you a lot.
