I've created a support ticket 1 week ago regarding 3 PageBuilder bugs and have yet to hear back from support.

My support ticket has been open for over 1 month, and while 1 of the 3 bugs outlined has been resolved, there are 2 that are still outstanding. It's been 12 days since the assigned tech has given their last reply stating that they would take a look at the exisgting issues but there has been no correspondence since then. Is there another staff member that can help resolve the outstanding issues?
