I need to install the Moview V2.3 quick start package on my website already existing... but I don't want it to replace existing content and templates...
Is it possible to do that?
Alright, it would just be a menu link on the website pointing to Moview V2.3 in an already existing joomla installation.

Quickstart include: Joomla, Modules, Components and DEMO data. So it will override your current content (!) with all settings and articles.
Quickstrat is starting package, but you can install it on subdomain (demo.mysite.com) to check how all was set.
And on your current domain (website) install only template package.
