I installed SP Booking on a shaper Helix 3 template, all ok but when I go throught the process of making a reservation, the form sends me a blank success alert... ??? The message is here in the code but I get a no display on my page. What can I do???

THe site is on localhost so far. what seems to happen is that the success div alert alert-success alert-dismissible fade show keeps its fade css status therefore, it is kept hidden+

  • another question, I tested the online demo version and despite its message of success, it doesn't seem to send any email, I checked on the spams too but nosign of the confirmation mail.

ok, if I modify spcheckout.js line 189 and 206 erase the fade, then, the div alert is visible. Done, now 2 remaining problems : 1 - is that email ever sent? 2 - Is there a simple way to have the date picker on local time (FR instead of GB) Thanks.

Hi, I inserted the days and month code directly in the js files and now, I get it in FR, ok, done. The component is now online (url in the hidden content). Problem now is that I don't get the success window at all... Lets me fill in the customer information form, the proceed button is ok and sends the information and confirmation mail but the user never gets the success window. What can I do?

Hi Rashida, We solved the problem and everything seems to be running, just one last question : Once the reservation is done, a mail of confirmation is sent to the user to confirm the reservation. Can the system also sends a mail to the site owner so this one knows someone placed a reservation? I was guessing the option was running but I guessed wrong. what file generates the mail? Thanks.

Did you set up the Global Options of the SP Booking as follows please?

You should put your PayPal email as a murchant email.

But there is no email sends to the admin yet as per my knowledge, you need to check the orders from the backend Dashboard of the SP Booking component:
