I Can't See "top 3 Position" On My Template

Dear team,
I can´t see the "top3 position" on my template: https://prnt.sc/1qvtm4p https://prnt.sc/1qvtsye https://prnt.sc/1qvugll
I don´t know how I can include the new position, I've created a new "layout" with top 1 / top 2 and top 3, but I get a new row under the logo and the menu.

Accepted AnswerActually I had given you the module position related doc. Yes, custom header creation is different in this new version.

The module position creation process is the same as described here for Helix Ultimate too.
The pach of the templateDetails.xml file is:
\templates\shaper_helixultimate
And you will also be able to know which positions already exists there.

Accepted AnswerDear Rashida, I understand how work the layout system, my problem is that in layout area I don´t have the "top Bar" neither the "header" https://prnt.sc/1qyizy8 When I create those rows (top bar and header) https://prnt.sc/1qyjbax I see the elements duplicated, and I can't eliminated the "top bar" that show the template neither the "header" https://prnt.sc/1qyjk6c
And as you can see in my before post the modules are correctly assigned. I created a user for you, would you be so kind to login in to see what happens?
