As far as I see, JavaScript does not work on your page at all. Not only offcanvas toogler, but also the carousel, "go top" button. It could not happen in itself without user participation . Therefore, you need to remember what you did before it stopped working.

Or may be it's a bug if you have not header section because $header.offset() is undefined that causes arror of whole JavaScript.
