Are you able to change PHP version to 7.2 / 7.3 or 7.4 maybe? Ask hosting provider or change in cPanel.

7.0.33 is very old version, 2018 year !!! and it may be a reason of crash.

Temporary I installed you older Helix plugin and site works. But please change PHP version and let me know.

Using FTP tool I copied Helix plugin v2.0.4 (older) files. And hopefully helped by now.

My time zone is GMT +1h, and our developers team GMT +6h. If you live is Swiss, Holland, France, Germany - we have this same time zone.

Hi Paul, good morning. The PHP version has been updated to 7.4.22. I saw under plugins/system there are folders:

• = helixultimate => I guess this is the last version 2.0.5
• helixultimate => I guess this is the older version that you uploaded yesterday 2.0.4

Can I simply rename the folder = helixulimate in order to use it? and then update the template to 2.0.5 too?

Will the automatic plugin update on the backend still show up when there will be new plugin update?

Indeed folder "==helixultimate" contains HU 2.0.5 plugin - which somehow didn't work on your site. You can delete it - no problem, no needed. And folder "helixultimate" contains old HU 2.0.4 plugin.

Now I with Developer we will check why you go the error message. It may be few website breaks ( 2h max )- until we will not find why...

BTW

Using PHP 7.4 compare to old PHP 7.0.33 made your site faster, about few % and more safer (secured). So I am glad that you could upgrade it.

Fixed. now you have HU 2.0.5 (template and plugin). Somehow one file wasn't updated that's why.

1. Yes, you can update Helix package in the future.
2. Please change login to admin area, use longer name.

shared. The last thing I did before the crash was try to install the template only version of the wimble template

I was able to get the backend running again. My php setting changed somehow. But now I recieve this error when i attempt to access my page.

sorry, but mod_as_menu doesn't belong to us, and never was. It was designed by AS Designing long time ago (2013) for old PHP version, I had it on my pendrive as well. Fix is beyond support.

Easier way: find different menu module and use it instead of old one that I already disabled.

Curtis, do you have any Helix template related issues?

We were running a older template with as designs. Is there a way fix the old file so the site can come back up. When I uploaded the wimble template i believe it changed settings which cause the old design to fail

Ask PHP developer, we cannot fix modules that don't belong to us.
