Hello, I request a refund of the purchase made by credit card for the $ 299 package, purchased on September 29, 2021 with number P13B0QUOJTBS. The purchase was made to create a real estate agency site, but the tamplate cannot be translated into Italian in the advertisements and English items appear that are difficult to understand for people of Italian nationality. Accepted Answerbecause on the site it says that it was multilingual, but only the sp builder pro package has translations, while the real estate tamplate has no translations in Italian and therefore the items in the insertion of properties remain in English. Obviously the plugin with its tamplate has also been deleted from my site, indeed to be exact I completely formatted the site by deleting joomla inside.
