And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

I refollowed the steps, I also cleared the cache and there is not change.

I also made sure I was using php 7.4 and that all the server settings are availble.

Unfortuntatly it is still not loading. Front end editing is working, but page tempaltes and sections will not load which is not really acceptable.

Blocks will not load either. The only thing that loads and works is Ad ons.

The Product is not working as advertized.

Can I have a screenshot of that area where you have put them in options, please? And screenshots of your issues too? I need to check to see if I can help...
