For example use "menu" module position for j2store cart module, and publish there, asign module to all pages.

OR

Create a menu item Shop - and inside publish j2store cart module and extra shop menu.

OR

Build (design) your own custom Header with extra module position.

But please keep in mind that current J2Store versions don't work in Joomla 4.x (!). So before upgrade, you have to consider changing the shopping component.

I know that with j2store, but my problem is. For the moment all the menus I have made are not displayed to Helix mega menu. And I do not see any way in how to display them at Helix mega menu.

Are you sure that you have chosen correct menu in Template Options.
