Hi Guys,

We've been getting random pages in page builder just deleting all the rows and colums.

Looking at the database I can see there's still content in the page, it's just not displaying in the Page Builder UI.

Sorry, I wasn't able to fix that page code. And I also not sure why it crashed in editor view.

You have to rebuild it. And check quite often Save & Close - Edit - after adding what element it will (I hope not) crash again.

Hi, sometimes problem are caused when Page is too long, I mean contain too many rows (content) and in PHP setting is set too low memory and during saving something may goes wrong.

In your cPanel please change value for memory_limit from 128M (current) to 512M (if possible)

Then tell me which page I have to check. but if content was corrupted during saving it would be hard to fix it.

He's a really nice bloke. He's from Bondi Rescue, a very popular show here in Australia.

BTW

Pages can crash as well when custom PHP or JavaScript has been used for example in Raw HTML addon, which is only for raw HTML syntax only. I saw that you had custom form - but probably it was loaded as module, right?

Yes - that's right, If we have an external form script, we always create it as a module and pull it into the page as a Joomla Module Addon.

Ok - will test and report back if I find anything.

Note - this has now happened on two websites. I will continue to try and find a correlation (if any).
