Wimble - Custom.css Before Template.css

Is there a reason for custom.css beong included before template.css? This seems to he the helix ultimate thing.

This way custom.css requires you to use !important on every decalration.

Sure, thanks. I already fix the code, as I did the same to Indigo template couple of years ago. It is disappointing that this bug has not been addressed so far.
