About 1st issue, why you are blame us for Joomla bugs? It's like buying a car and blaming its manufacturer for the condition of the roads.

Editor on the left side - from above screenshot is not from our SP Page Builder. It's Page Builder from JoomlArt. Wrong support forum in that case.

Maybe there is somebody in your city that may give you Joomla lessons etc. I think it could help you a lot, and safe you stress and time.
