Hello...

The Allura theme isn't displaying the store's products correctly. Can you help me? I'm using the latest version of SP Builder and Easy Store Free 2.0.1, and Joomla 6.1.1.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We found that the SP Page Builder → Pages → EasyStore → Store Front page was published, but it was not configured properly. We have temporarily unpublished this page, and the issue is now resolved.

Please review the article below to properly set up the Store Front page before publishing it again:

Thank you for posting the articles.

However, I'm confused about what you did... the articles are published, but the search function, price selection, and color options, for example, are not working.

I already have EasyStore 2.0.1 installed, but it doesn't appear in SP Builder.

Can you help me add EasyStore to SP Builder so I can add the product search button?

Could you please tell me how to activate these features? I really need the product search filters.

Could you please check now. I believe the free version was installed previously. Now, I install the Pro version.

Please also refer to the documentation below when configuring it:

  2. Product List Addon: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/easystore/product-list

According to the documentation, EasyStore Pro integrates with SP Page Builder, allowing you to customize the Storefront, Single Product, and Collections pages. The Product List addon can then be used to display products with configurable layouts, sources, paginations.

Hello Ziaul Kabir

I'm experiencing the same issue as with the SPAZIO site. The products aren't displaying in the VALO store, and the Easy Store Add-ons and Tools aren't showing up in SP Builder Pro either.

Can you help me integrate Easy Store like you did with the SPAZIO store? It's the same problem. Thank you.

I have everything updated to the latest versions.

Please download and install EasyStore Pro, not EasyStore Free.
