both QS are "wrong" becuase you have working website already.

Quickstart package is for NEW website only, becuase it contains: Joomla + extensions + DEMO content. So can be installed only like Joomla step by step.

If you have website with real content already I suggest installing Helix Ultimate template (!) then switch from Flex.

Yes, Helix Ultimate template works with both Joomla 3.x and Joomla 4.x.

The template does not. It is just the design without the content. If you download quickstart, you will get a complete site full of content. Then you just change the contents and make it your own.

So yes Paul is right. If you have website with real content already then you can install Helix Ultimate template and then switch from Flex.

Check:

1. What Menu was set inside Template Options - Menu/Nagivation
2. Check if you have "menu" position in layout if was Custom Header before or what Premade Header was set.
3. Save settings,
4. Disable old Helix plugins - if you had helix3 before - DISABLE IT or UNINSTALL IT.

Helix Ultimate doesn't need Helix3 plugins, but HU must be set as default template.

By the time I solved the issue and I am using the Helix Ultimate template. However I find some issues in using the link https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helixultimate/basic-settings

So, let me sum up where I am at the state of the art

I am using the Helix Ultimate coming from an existing Joomla 3.10.9 with FLEX template and I see these issues:

1 ) In the HOME page I cannot visualize the Modules in row but they appears vertical. They have been set using SPPB

in the other pages I cannot visualize the images the have been set using SPPB.

NOTE: all Helix3 extention and plugin are disabled already. I use the chat to send you a screenshot so you can see also. <<<

Can You please explain from where to correct or what to do ?
