Would you please tell us about the problem you are facing with our product, as we have so many happy customers too and they are using our products without problems. And our customers are requested to post about technical issues in our forum here.

Please don't misunderstand us! We usually refund quickly. We just try to say that we are very much interested to keep track of the problems of our products too, so a humble request to you, would you please let us know about technical problems with screenshots, please? If we fails to give a solution, we refund instantly.

Not one of your templates works the way you would expect. Page Builder version 4 seems to be the problem with all of them. There are so many bugs with it yet you cannot downgrade page builder to version 3 without it rendering everything non functional.

Since last week, I have tried 5 different templates, I have had to move to anew hosting provider so that I can use your product with version 7.4 of PHP, which most ISP's have discontinued support for. I have not had a choice because Helix Framework is not supported on version 8.0.

I have raised probably 10 questions on the forum and none of them have resulted in a problem being fixed.

The only way I can continue is if your team can get Page Builder 3 Pro working with the indigo template (quickstart is fine) on Joomla version 4. If this is not possible, I am afraid I will require a refund.

However, the fact is that, the indigo template has the J2store extension integrated with it, this is why we are waiting for them to release the Joomla 4 compatibility update. They are in beta testing phase. Once J2store provides the update the we will also update the template.
