Wondering how to go about setting up a menu with drop-downs and the logo in the middle like your Live Sports template - I'm currently using the Helix Ultimate template.

Hi,
You have two easy options:
- Build your own header using php method
- Build your own header using Layout manager (menu + logo + top3) - where in top3 you will publish menu module with extra css classes.
but in both ways right menu won't be MegaMenu.
Guide: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/custom-header
More advanced methods are beyond support, sorry.

Would the right menu be able to show a dropdown menu without megamenu options?
Paul Frankowski Senior Staff
No, by default.
It request more advanced steps (customization) or menu module that allows that.

If somebody can develop you menu module that uses bootstrap dropdown - then it will be easy to add it as "right" menu. Hire freelancer developer or find ready solution.

Mentioned by me module (in Hidden Content) - should help by now, it's free.

Thanks, I ended up using the DJ Extensions Mega Menu - it can do exactly what I was looking for.
