You have two easy options:

1. Build your own header using php method
2. Build your own header using Layout manager (menu + logo + top3) - where in top3 you will publish menu module with extra css classes.

but in both ways right menu won't be MegaMenu.

Would the right menu be able to show a dropdown menu without megamenu options?

No, by default.

It request more advanced steps (customization) or menu module that allows that.

OK, thank you - will give it a try.

If somebody can develop you menu module that uses bootstrap dropdown - then it will be easy to add it as "right" menu. Hire freelancer developer or find ready solution.
