Maybe you should build your own header - not using pre-made one.

Accepted AnswerThe entire top section (<div id="sp-top-bar">, <header id="sp-header">) is not displayed, it is simply not in the code.
If I switch between the template with the default name and the one I renamed, the top part disappears.
