As I said before, create custom header - if premade headers cannot be loaded becuase of template rename.

top menu - in top1 / top2 position, or megamenu inside header ?
Maybe you should build your own header - not using pre-made one.

The entire top section (<div id="sp-top-bar">, <header id="sp-header">) is not displayed, it is simply not in the code.
If I switch between the template with the default name and the one I renamed, the top part disappears.

so create custom header and custom top-bar, it will take you 90sec.
