Not Saving: Error 403

Error 403 (does not save page) when saving new Add-On. Pre-Made blocks, save. Imports, save. New Add-On, NOT saving. Using Joomla 5.1.0 with everything upto date.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLICATE WEBSITE ON YOUR SERVER. If you respond with, "we replicated your website and found no issues," this does not provide any support to me nor resolove the issue. There is clearly an issue and needs resolution.

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost. Also, follow one post for the same issue and close the other.

DO NOT REPLY WITH, "IT WORKED FOR ME"! IT IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED YOU WITH LOGIN IN INFO ON THE LIVE SITE FOR YOU TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF.

SP PAGE BUILDER IS NOT SAVING AND NOT IMPORTING ANY .JSON FILES!!!!
