Do I have to create Articles in different languages first an sort them by language to a certain menu or does Sp Page Builder translate articles in differetn languages automaticaly?

Hi.

To translate them automatilly you have to use Google Translator module that can do that on front-end.

Or translate them manually one by one creating a new articles for each lnaguage: DE, ES, IT etc.
