What is the problem, actually?

Don't you have a full backup of your site before installing new template... when all was working?

It is always important and a basic thing to take a full site & database backup before trying anything new.

well it was unexpected problem !! and it gives Error code 0

No ! I did not do any backup. but the new template is installed now in our staging area and I guess that You could check in order to solve the conflics.

About the previous, I guess we could recovery from akeeba backup .......

How can You support us ? It is Your template !!

we know how to install a template !

we have Joomla 3.9.27 3x and PHP 7.3 and we have installed Joomshaper Template "QUBIC" over an existing site running with FELX.

The problem we have is the template QUBIC and FLEX had some strange anomalies and gave us the problems probably due to certain incompatibility.

How can You help to sort it out ?

Well, the flex template is from themeforest and made with helix 3, and qubic template is from us, also made with helix 3 framework. So they should be quite same in module position I guess!

I have another question, please...

Where and how you got the error after the qubic template installation?

Can I have the error log and screenshot too, so that I can try to understand the issue comes from our template or not?

Hi, this was the error:

in the moment I clicked to view the new version gave us: ........... 0 Oops... Page Not Found! We're sorry, but the page you were looking for doesn't exist. .....................

During the installation phase itself NO ERRORS.

But the problem is quite strange because we actually see a complete MESS when setting the template QUBIC and the footer disappered completely.... no normal,

I guess there was a conflict in the HELIX between QUBIC and Themeforest that we could not expect ....... How may we solve this issue ?

I may pose the following questions:

Do we need to update HELIX ?

Do we need to disinstall FLEX and reinstall it ?

Do You think we'd better disinstall FLEX and install only QUBIC ?

I would ask in different way, do you really need template based on old template framework? Helix3 - is old framework, it uses boostrap 3.

Maybe you should consider template that use Helix Ultimate as template engine, and that use Bootstrap 4. It would allow you update Joomla faster, from 3.9 to 3.10 and 4.0.

But It is not written in the changelog which are those with Bootstrap4.

In additon, You told me today that all Joomahsaper templeate in the last 2 years are with bootstrap 4 ... so that I went in my dashboard and choose one among those available in template business.

what are the Template I can download from my dashboard ?

All templates based on Helix Ultimate uses Bootstrap4 - very easy to check that.

Simple advice that I teach on my classes, do not look at demo images used in templates but layout in general. Even restuarant template can use used as business template.

but I was wondering how to solve the main issue of conflicts created with the installation of QUBIC ... the log errors are all with PHP ... and I was wondering if You can check that ?

It may be related to PHP version, remember that Qubic was develop serveral years ago. So may not work in PHP 7.4 / PHP 8.
