Hi,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my website using the Shaper Educon template and HikaShop (and generally with all other installed e-commerce plugins).
When a user tries to download a file after purchase, the file is not downloaded to their device. Instead, the browser attempts to open it as a plain text file, displaying raw binary code (shorthand: 'hieroglyphics' or mojibake).
I have performed a cross-template test:
With Shaper Educon: The issue persists (file opens as raw text).
With Cassiopeia (Joomla default): The problem disappears and the download works perfectly.
This confirms that the issue is related to the Shaper Educon template or the Helix Ultimate framework, likely due to a JavaScript conflict or an output buffer interference that prevents the browser from recognizing the correct 'Content-Disposition: attachment' header.
Could you please help me identify which setting or script in the template is causing this output corruption?
Furthermore, I have encountered a critical error after simply editing a text string within the slider on the home page. The page is no longer accessible and returns a '0 - Class not found' (or '0 - Error').
I am currently working on a live staging environment. If necessary, I can provide you with administrative access to the site so you can investigate the configuration and the template conflict directly.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
