Hi there!

With all of our templates you have the SP Page Builder integrated with it, and we have video addon which can play MP4 video.

Would you please try the video addon?

Best Regards

You have to go to SP Page builder -> Pages -> select the page you want to add the video in and then go to Frontend editor and you will have to select the section where you want to add the video. Then drag the video addon there and turn on mp4 video and upload your video file.

Is there a size limit on it? It says 100% loaded but continues to scroll and I can't selet it.

Can you try this option instead please?

  1. Copy video file to image folder (or anywhere you need)
  2. in Video addon put full path to it, for example, /images/video/random2020.mp4

You can try to manually upload the video to a folder on your server. Then insert the link in the video addon

Ok let me try that, I think it is just really big and that may be the issue.

Yes sometimes for huge videos it can cause this problem so you can try that way, it should work.

Yup got it, that was it. Had to load it in the server then just give it the file name. Perfect. Thank you as always
