Blank Page When Opening Home Page Builder Page

Hello,

I'm running SP Page Builder 3.7.14 and when I try and open my Home page in the backend to edit it, it's blank, no add-ons appear. I'm using the Stellar template and when I inspect element Chrome Console shows and error for the engine.js file

I already have rules in Cloudflare for /administrator/ to disable Rocket Loader, I also have a rule for the file /administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/engine.js whoch bypasses the cache, minify and rocket loader.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Did you get the blank page on the frontend editor of the SPPB, please?

As you have stated you have done the Cloudflare and Rocket Loader things, did you try the first point too?

  • It can be module or old version of plugin. You have to disable one by one to check.

This happens on the backend, I don't use the frontend editor.
