Just downloaded Wayne Corp Quickstart template and it will not install. I get this error:

Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file. The Joomla package cannot be installed through the Extension Manager. Please use the Joomla! Update component to update Joomla.

Quickstart can not be installed through your Joomla admin as an extention.
