Do I have to reinstall Page Builder?

Hi I have checked again - looks like there is a slight problem with German and Swiss German. https://contact.fineartprintsolutions.ch/

I can change the content of the button but not of the contact form fields.

Why do you not just copy the German language files for Swiss German too. The difference is quite small – and if necessary I may send you the changes. Thanks, Markus

SP Page Builder 3 has a translation projects in Transifex which you can take a part to make translations at: https://www.transifex.com/joomshaper/sp-page-builder-3/dashboard/

There is already German (Germany) (de_DE) on the list.

But you may need just to make translation overwrites to Joomla. SPPB 3 form keys are like these:

COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_AJAX_PHONE COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_AJAX_EMAIL COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_AJAX_MESSAGE

I have translated SP Page Builder 3 in Finnish over 1.5 year ago, but unfurtenally JoomShaper haven't update language files to extension, even I have been contacted to them at least 3 times. Extension uses now over 4 year old translation files. It seems that their first line support doesn't even know how their extensions translations should works, because they don't get the idea of Transifex and I got only same link to blog how to make my Joomla site multilanguage.... Yes, I have torn the hair out of my head, and banged my head on the wall.

I have now discussion going on with the support and I just delivered all the facts to them, that they have account and translation projects in Transifex and asked them to make contact to their developers to get updated transalations from the Transifex.

If this works this time, it gives hope that it's possible to add more languages to SP Page Builder control panel and keep translations updated via Transifex in future.
