Hi,

I posted a question on your support forum 3 days ago.

Having had no response I copied what I had asked in the form and sent it as a Ask a Question support request 2 days ago to which you replied please send a link to the forum question, to which I replied I had included the forum content in the request to which you replied 2 days ago your team will help me.

There have been no replies to my forum support request or Ask a Question support request, therefore I would like a refund as your product does not function as advertised neither does your support.

It turns out the "Ask a Question support request" posts to the forum!! Absolutely shocking support!
