Problems with SP Pagebuilder Pro

I purchased again SP Pagebuilder Pro to get continuous updates, but when I try to install it, it comes the message "manifest datei nicht gefunden" appears and the update stops. And now I can't find the download option of the package in my account anymore.

Download the file from here and install it manually.

Hi, and how should I install it manually? Unpack and via FTP?

Hello there,

You don't need to unpack the .zip file. Just go to Extensions > Install > Upload from folder and select the zip file, it will be installed automatically.

That's what I told you: It doesn't work. Now the message is "Fehler
Es gibt einen Fehler beim Hochladen dieser Datei auf den Server.
Es kann kein Installationspaket gefunden werden!"

No installation package found

I solved the problem. Clearing the Joomla cache helped.
