I installed it in my localhost. And in order to install it in that site I was asking for the information because later you will have to change it if it installs successfully. Okay, let me try with some dummy information here then.

tried all 7.x versions and the timeout was already at 300

I would suggest updating the quickstart to the latest joomla as I believe this problem is in older code. In fact, I would suggest making your quickstarts DOWNLOAD the latest version upon intall...

I was able to complete the installation and the site seems to be working. When I update to 4.0 it has issues.

I am glad that you did it. Yes, we are working hard to make everything okay with Joomla 4.

Upgrading to Joomla 4 right now in production sites is not recommended. There are many third-party extensions like ours are not fully compatible yet. It is better to wait at least couple of weeks to see how things are going. Meanwhile, we will update our products accordingly. Please check our roadmap for Joomla 4
