There may be issues with 3rd party exstensions. Close and try again (plugin etc).

As I mentioned I do not use any other modules. I only installed Joomshaper with the full template at once, I didn't install anything extra. Everything is the one downloaded along with the joomshaper from this site.

1. Update the SP page builder exstension (And your license is not active, you must activate it). https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/installation -> License Update

2. Update the Joomla version as well.

Hi there, Really sorry for the inconvenience. I think this type of issue occurred for the server blocked the resource of page builder. That's why occurred the issue. If you give me permission i will make an akeeba backup to check my end. Besides. If you use cloudflare then disable the rocket_loader from the cloudflare and disable the mod_security from your hosting server. Thanks
