SP Page Builder 4 weeks ago

how can i make it so i can actually use the admin panel in SP Page Builder 5 any version? and any site i have it on. When saving, duplicating, renaming, anything if you save it and then go back to sp page builder admin it never reflects the actual save or rename or any edits unless you clear browser history? and if you dont clear browser history and you re-open something it then clears out the changes or edits that you made? how can i fix this? or what are the steps to fix this?

just some of what i have found at quick search for similar issues with trying to save and changes not saving and then when you go back into a page all the old stuff is there and if you save it overrides all the work you just did and leaves you with not getting work done and major frustration...

I have checked on your site the problem is on your server disk cache.

Please watch the video & you can contact your hosting provider. Thanks

I have watched the video and also contacted my hosting provider and they said it shouldnt have anything to do with them and that they don't see any cache issues causing any issues....???? there are many more questions like this on this forum there certainly has to be something more going on here... or if you know how or what i can tell the hosting company that is causing this? there most definitely has to be an issue with the new versions of sp page builder this never happened before with sppb 3.8.10 and after it went to sppb 4 and on this has been an issue...??? please help.... is super annoying to have to constantly clear my browser cache on all my sites that are using sppb5 and from now on i am forced to have to use only themes that use SPPB 3 alone which is like 2 maybe 3???

I have the same problem since last few weeks - no possibility to save. Any working solution?

Installing v 3.8.10 works perfect on backend, but blows whole site. This is not a solution, it causes more problems in my case.

however i can get this remedied will be a much needed relief and will help increase productivity by leaps and bounds I pretty much exclusively use joomshaper templates but its been very difficult lately with all the issues following the SPPB 4 release and continuing into SPPB 5. I can say with out a shadow of a doubt that SPPB 3 was your most efficient and useable page builder to date and if there was a way i could go back to that without completely destorying my new sites i would without hesitation. I can do so much more with that page builder than i can even think about doing with the newer versions. Just a heads up and words of constructive criticism... thanks for all that you do and much appreciated looking into this stuff. I just hope we can get this all figured out and move forward. thanks again.

If you are referring to version 3, I must say that Page Builder 2 had significant issues. Day by day, we have been making improvements from version 2 to 3. Furthermore, version 5 will include a backend, and we are working to make it more user-friendly. Also, Added new features on Page Builder 5. Thanks

I have added this code inside the .htaccess file. Please check now. It occurred for the server caching problem.

# DISABLE CACHING
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Cache-Control "no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"
Header set Pragma "no-cache"
Header set Expires 0
</IfModule>
