Add Shipping Carrier

EasyStore allows you to add shipping carriers, tracking URLs, and send automated shipping confirmation emails seamlessly. If you wish to shipping carrier to an existing order, click on the desired order and this will take you to the order editing interface. 

Click on the Add Tracking Number option associated with the order to efficiently add the shipping carrier, and tracking URL.

Next, click on +Add Shipping Carrier, to add and save the shipping carrier name.

Shipping Carrier: Enter the name of your shipping carrier, such as FedEx, in the "Shipping Carrier" field. This identifies the carrier responsible for delivering the order.

Tracking URL: Your shipping carrier will provide you with a unique tracking URL for each shipment. This URL allows customers to track the status of their order. 

To obtain the tracking URL:

  1. Create a shipment with your preferred carrier service. 
  2. Your shipping carrier will generate a unique tracking number for the shipment. 
  3. Access the tracking information through the carrier's online portal. 
  4. For example, a tracking URL for FedEx will look like this:

https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=XXXXXXXXX

Here "XXXXXXXXX" will be replaced with the actual tracking number for your shipment. Your Shipping carrier will generate this URL for you, and it's unique to each shipment.

Send Shipping Confirmation Email: Tick the "Send Shipping Confirmation Email" option. This will trigger EasyStore to send an automated email to the customer, notifying them that their order has been shipped.
