Upsell products are offerings that serve as upgrades or premium versions of a product that a customer is already considering or has purchased. The purpose of upselling is to present customers with options that provide additional value, enhanced features, or improved quality for a higher price.

Accessing the Upsell Products

1. From your Joomla dashboard, navigate to the EasyStore > Products.
2. Create a new product or click on any existing products.
3. Scroll down to the Upsell Products section.

Assigning Products as Upsell Items

In the Upsell Products section, click the “Browse” button to view all available products. From the displayed list, you can choose and assign upsell products to the selected items. 

Click “Save & Close” to save the changes.

Displaying Upsell Items on the Single Product Page

To display upsell items on a single product page, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to EasyStore’s Single Product Page
   Go to Components > SP Page Builder > EasyStore, and select the “Single”.
2. Add the Product List Addon
   Drag and drop the Product List addon into your page layout.
3. Configure the Upsell Source
   In the General Settings of the Product List addon, locate the Source option and select “Upsell” as the content type.
4. Complete the Layout with Relevant Addons
   Add additional addons, such as Titles, Thumbnails, and Price, to present key information for your upsell items effectively.
