In addition to manually creating customers, you can also convert existing Joomla users into customers. To do this, go to your Joomla dashboard, then navigate to Components > EasyStore > Customers and click the "Add Joomla User" button.

A popup screen will appear containing the existing Joomla users. Select the ones you wish to convert to your EasyStore customers and click on the “Convert as Customers” button.

The chosen Joomla users will be added as customers and displayed on the dashboard. To edit a customer's information, simply click on their name. To delete a customer, click the three-dot icon.

How to Prevent Automatic Joomla User to Customer Conversion

Newly created Joomla users may be automatically added to the Customers list without your intervention. To prevent this from happening, follow these steps:

• In your Joomla dashboard, go to System > Manage > Extensions.
• In the search bar, type EasyStore.
• Locate the EasyStore Customer Profile Plugin and disable it.

This will stop Joomla from automatically adding new users to the Customers list.
